The Restraining Order Police Report

On 05—02—2012 1 went fishing with my wife and 6 year old son, Leif Cegalis and after a while we began talking about what my son does on the weekends that he spends with his biological mother. We have recently become aware that his biological mom (Karen Cegalis) likes to suck his thumb and forces him to suck on her thumb. This past weekend she was visiting her mother in Nashua, N.H. and woke him up twice to engage in this behavior. Karen also has a boyfriend, Wayne Ha rub in (DOB: 08—29—57) and she has allowed him to shower with Leif and sit on his lap. Wayne also likes to dress up in womans clothes and wears lipstick and paints his nails on a regular basis.

As we were fishing Leif began to tell us about what Wayne likes to do to him. He dresses him up as various animals and makes Leif take down his pants. Wayne then spreads his butt cheeks and inserts a “tail” of the various animals that he is being dressed up as. He says this happens almost every weekend and he is not allowed to tell anyone. If Leif does something they don’t like they put him in a “timeout ” . This consists of putting him on a desk and tying him up and putting duct tape over his mouth.

Sometimes they give him gummy worms that make him feel funny and he wakes up in various costumes. Leif says Wayne has a “studio” in his van with costumes and baby dolls . Wayne makes his own fingernail and toenail polish which he and Karen like to suck off. They try to paint Leif’ s nails but he resists, they do put pictures on his nails of starwars and do If ins on them. Wayne is 55 years old, unmarried and works at a daycare center in Ontario and travels to Karen’s each way on the weekend, to see my son. Wayne also likes to watch a movie called “Barbie a fairy secret” and travels with this DVD.

I am afraid that they are drugging my son with gummy worms and using him to make

Kiddie porn. Wayne travels with his “studio” and Karen works as a website developer .
