- September 24, 2019 – Greenwich Probate Court Declares Marilynn Fogarty Knutsen’s Estate Filings Delinquent

On September 24, 2019, the Greenwich Probate Court issued a delinquency notice to Marilynn Fogarty regarding the Estate of Thomas F. Fogarty.

The notice advised that required probate filings remained outstanding and directed Marilynn Fogarty, in her capacity as fiduciary, to submit the missing documents by October 24, 2019. The court warned that continued noncompliance could result in further action.

The notice came nearly nine years after probate proceedings began, despite the court’s original expectation that the estate would be settled within approximately one year.
