    VTDigger's 2016 "investigative" feature recounting a custody dispute after multiple law enforcement agencies, child protection authorities, prosecutors, and the family court had already rejected the allegations central to the case. Although my claims against VTDigger were ultimately unsuccessful, the article was later removed from its website without any public correction or explanation.

  •  - June 26, 2015 – Dr. Ricky Greenwald Excludes me from my own Reunification program

    Despite a family court order directing that therapeutic reunification move forward under defined conditions, I was excluded from participating in the very therapy intended to reunify me with my son. After learning that Raymond Knutsen had prohibited communication with the therapist, I contacted Dr. Ricky Greenwald directly, provided the court order and signed releases, and asked to participate. Despite having those documents, he still excluded me from the therapeutic process.

    In August 2012, I agreed to undergo a functional MRI deception assessment at no cost instead of a traditional polygraph. Peter Langrock rejected the offer, claiming unfamiliarity with the technology while continuing to insist on a polygraph, a test that measures stress rather than deception. After months of false allegations and extraordinary emotional pressure, I was willing to be tested. The examination I accepted was rejected, while the less reliable alternative remained their only acceptable option.

    Marilyn Knutsen testified under oath that I abused my son in increasingly bizarre ways, expanding her allegations to include costumes, duct tape, tea parties, diapers, drugging, thumb sucking, and numerous supposed witnesses. Those extraordinary claims became part of the permanent court record, even though they were as false as they were grotesque.

    In May 2012, CUSI executed a search warrant at my home seeking an extraordinary list of alleged evidence, including duct tape, rope, candy with faces printed on it, gummy worms and sharks, costumes and tails, and sausage. None of those items was found.

  •  - May 10, 2012 – How a Nurse Tried to Escalate False Allegations to the U.S. Attorney’s Office

    Within days of the first accusations, nurse Kimberlee A. Moyer produced an incomplete report recommending that my child be kept from me and my boyfriend, which was then transmitted through the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Vermont. The allegations were false, but the document attempted give unverified claims the appearance of professional and legal authority. The effort failed. Federal prosecutors took no action.

    Five days after Raymond Knutsen repeated his false allegations to police, he and Marilynn Knutsen brought the same story to Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. The examination found no evidence of abuse, unsurprisingly, but the medical record documented something else entirely: extraordinary false claims, contradictions, and another step in a campaign that would later culminate in the court finding that my son had been coached to make false allegations.

    The court rejected Raymond Knutsen's first attempt to obtain emergency relief. Raymond and Marilynn Knutsen responded by filing pages of grotesque false allegations accusing of an astonishing series of acts involving duct tape, costumes, drugged gummy worms, and the repeated sexual abuse of her own child. These allegations would fuel almost a decade of investigations and litigation. Every single bizarre and grotesque allegation was thoroughly investigated and PROVEN FALSE.
