It was unlike anything I had ever received from him before. It rapidly and almost manically cycles through allegations of physical abuse, neglect, psychological abuse, alcoholism, mental illness, inappropriate sexual behavior, parental alienation, and numerous other claims. Nearly every sentence contains another accusation.
There are no questions. There is no request for clarification. There is no attempt to discuss parenting or resolve a disagreement. The allegations are simply presented as though they are “established fact”.
An Extraordinary List of Accusations
The email accuses me of injuring my son, ignoring his medical needs, manipulating him emotionally, making inappropriate sexual comments, abusing alcohol, suffering from serious mental illness, violating court orders, attempting to alienate him from his father, and numerous other forms of misconduct.
None of these accusations is supported by any kind of documentation within the email. There are no photographs, medical records, witness statements, police reports, or other evidence attached. The allegations simply appear one after another, each presented as though it has already been proven.
I Did Not Respond
I never replied.
There was nothing to respond to.
The email was not written as a conversation. It was not asking for answers. It was not an attempt to co-parent. It was a fully developed narrative containing dozens of extraordinary accusations, presented without evidence and without any apparent interest in discussion.
Nothing Came of It
Nothing happened as a result of this email.
No police investigation followed. No criminal charges resulted. No court made findings supporting the allegations. The email simply became another document in the growing record of accusations made against me. Today, it remains one of the earliest written examples of those allegations collected in a single document.
