- May 17, 2012 – When the Family Court Filing Wasn’t Enough, Raymond Took the Same False Allegations to Police

After filing false allegations in family court, Raymond Knutsen filed a police report repeating and expanding the same fabricated story. He accused Karen Cegalis and her boyfriend of sexually abusing their six year old son, drugging him with gummy worms, creating child pornography, tying him up with duct tape, and committing numerous other acts that never occurred.

Raymond signed the statement and asked law enforcement to investigate the allegations as criminal offenses. That police report became another step in a campaign of false accusations that triggered years of investigations, court proceedings, and litigation.
